Amanda is a passionate educator with 16 years of classroom experience across U.S. public charters and an international school in Europe. She now serves as a curriculum coordinator and consultant, designing professional learning that is practical, engaging, and classroom ready. Her focus areas are literacy and multilingual learning and she helps teams build coherent, student-centered curriculum and assessment practices that raise outcomes for all learners.

Mic is an educational specialist with over 25 years of experience as a consultant, head of school, principal, and educator. He has founded schools and learning programs and provides training and consultation internationally. Mic equips teachers to become transformational educators who inspire active learning, creativity, critical thinking, and character — helping students grow into people who make a lasting impact.

Claire has 11 years of K–8 experience in Scotland and Thailand and is an accredited coach with Growth Coaching International. She mentors new teachers and teaches Grade 7 Science, bringing clarity and care to every lesson. Her work centers on feedback culture, instructional coaching, and well-being so that thinking is visible and learning is sustained for every student.

Kristen has nearly 12 years across North & South America and Asia. She holds degrees in Special and Early Childhood Education and an M.A. in Urban Education. She has taught learners with intellectual and developmental disabilities and designs training for teachers and job coaches that strengthens inclusive practice, communication supports, and functional skills.

Brian Spence is a social entrepreneur and leadership development professional with a background in social work. After eight years living and working across Asia, he brought Erickson Coaching International to Vietnam — an ICF-accredited, globally awarded organization known for neuroscience-based, Solution-Focused Coaching. His work connects global coaching excellence with local relevance, empowering educators, leaders, and communities toward meaningful growth and transformation.

Allie is an educator and administrator with 12+ years of experience, 10 in Vietnam, spanning K–9. She champions curriculum mapping, teacher coaching, and holistic development. Allie builds assessment systems that emphasize feedback and growth and co-designs learning pathways so classroom practice leads to confident, compassionate graduates.
